THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE/USER ACCEPTS RISK OF INJURY

NO MINORS or NON SERVICE DOGS ALLOWED(Must be certified and licensed service animals)
By use of this ticket, the ticket purchaser/holder (" Ticket Holder") agrees that: (a) Ticket Holder shall
not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the event to which it grants admission,
including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other
information concerning the event (collectively "Event Information"); (b) Bertelsen Winery, its
Officers and Directors (collectively the “BW”), and each of its respective agents, employees and
contractors, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use Ticket Holder’s image, likeness, name,
voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights and that of any minor accompanying Ticket Holder
in any broadcast, telecast or photograph and/or video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection
with the event or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event, for all purposes,
without compensation of any kind whatsoever; and (c) Ticket Holder shall adhere to any additional event
rules or regulations that apply.
The Ticket Holder, on behalf of himself or herself and on behalf of any minor accompanying Ticket
Holder to the event: (a) voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including, without limitation,
the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury; (b) waives, releases, and discharges the
MFC and its agents, employees and contractors from any and all negligence and liability for Ticket
Holder’s death, disability, personal injury, property damages, property theft or claims of any nature which
may accrue to Ticket Holder as a direct or indirect result of Ticket Holder’s participation in the above
referenced event; and (c) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the MFC, its agents, employees
and contractors from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, and liabilities of any nature including
all costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees, which in any manner result from Ticket Holder’s attendance
and/or actions during this event.
The BW may revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the Ticket Holder for violation of venue
rules, illegal activity, misconduct or failure to comply with any and all security measures without refund
or any portion of the ticket price. Gym bags, Pets of any type, backpacks, oversized packages, cans, bottles, weapons,
missiles, fireworks, contraband, recording devices, laser pointers, artificial noisemakers and containers of
any kind (i.e. COOLERS, COOLER CUPS, PICNIC BAGS AND BASKETS, BACKPACKS) are prohibited on event property. Ticket Holder consents to reasonable examinations and
searches to ensure compliance with laws and event rules and acknowledges that illegal substances are not
permitted on event premises.
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase of this ticket from anyone
other than the BW or its designated agents. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion
(including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express prior
written consent of the MFC. The MFC does not guarantee the attendance, appearance or availability of
award winners, past or present, or other celebrity guests for the event. The Ticket Holder’s purchase of
the event ticket is final and no refunds will be issued on any basis including, but not limited to, the
absence, non-appearance and/or non-attendance of any announced award winners or celebrity guests at the event. All event are rain or shine events and are 21 and over
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES unless offered or a event is rescheduled by Bertelsen winery within 720 days of a canceled event, and NO RE-ADMISSION. EVENT, ALL DATE’S & TIME’S SUBJECT TO
CHANGE.
